According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in the Eleventh Revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11), burnout is considered a work-related phenomenon. It is not classified as a disease.

However, there is a lot of talk about burnout today, there are various analysis grids describing 140 or more symptoms, but there are few effective methods for identifying alarm signals, identifying the risk of burnout among collaborators and giving alarm in time to prevent it.

In this course, we propose specific, effective and efficient methods that will allow each manager to quickly identify the possible difficulties that one of the collaborators can cross.

  • Identify and explain the alarm signals of employees at risk of burnout;
  • Develop adequate and personalized verbal, paraverbal and nonverbal communication for each employee at risk of burnout;
  • Calibrate and immediately spot inconsistent attitudes to your employees’ work;
  • Adequately assume the role of “whistleblower”;
  • Propose a tailored action plan to your line managers;
  • Structure a constructive and honest feedback and present it to the collaborator in order to give him choices and make him join yours proposition.

In this course you will understand what burnout is. Through filmed role-playing games, you will learn and experience simple and effective techniques of the New Code of NLP that will allow you to really know if there is a risk of burnout in your team or organization, to put in place preventive measures and designer according to the need of each one a specific intervention supported by an action plan.
