Since its inception in the 1970s in California, NLP has grown in popularity, yet we continue to see the opening of self-proclaimed national and international schools/associations/federations which certify participants and which, with their self-proclaimed pseudo-regulatory position, have engaged in profoundly deceptive and unethical practices in their attempts to position themselves in the marketplace.

The intention of this Zoom is to make NLP known mainly in the vision, unknown to most, of one of its co-founders, Dr John Grinder and to clarify this discipline on which there is much confusion. What exactly is NLP? A scam? A pseudoscience? What was the intention of the creators of NLP? Where are we today? Is it possible to use only NLP protocols in coaching? Is NLP suitable for coaching managers

Alessandro will share with you his 27 years of individual and team coaching practice for national and international companies, individuals and athletes with the new change format of the New Code which is a powerful, simple and effective way to help clients create generative change in different contexts.

Alessandro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (1992) and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (1993). A certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in 1997, he is also a certified NLP Teacher (2005), a certified NLP New Code Teacher (2006) and an International NLP Coach (2007) by John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair (respectively Co-Founder of NLP and Co-Developer of the NLP New Code).
