The New Code is the natural evolution of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), developed by one of the founders of NLP, John Grinder, in collaboration with Carmen Bostic St. Clair and in recent years with Michael Carroll. This methodology greatly increases the effectiveness of NLP by working on “patterns”, or patterns of behavior, to modify those that limit us. The main difference with the “Classic Code” is that the New Code of NLP works much more with the unconscious part of the person, especially through games (New Code Games), state builders, leading to states of high performance and inducing deep and lasting generative changes.

Participants will be tested during the entire course through puzzle and games.

During the certification, participants will go through a practical exam and will be tested on how they assimilate and use New Code NLP protocols.

This Course, unique in Switzerland, offers you a certification as Practitioner in New Code NLP, signed by Alessandro de Vita Zublena (Approved New Code Trainer & Certified member by ITANLP), Federica De Nardi (Approved New Code Trainer & Certified member by ITANLP), John Grinder (Co-Creator of NLP & Co-Creator of New Code NLP), Carmen Bostic St. Clair (Co-Creator of New Code NLP) and Michael Carroll (Co-Developer of New Code NLP).

Advantages

– Experience NLP Innovation

– Understand how it works

– Use protocols in your own personal or professional area

– Discover the power of the Process oriented protocols

– Create connections with your Unconscious mind

What you will learn:

The origin of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and the development of New Code NLP

  • What is NLP
  • NLP story
  • Distinction between NLP modeling, application and training
  • Difference between Classic Code and New Code NLP
  • New change format
  • What is a model?
  • What is a pattern?

NLP epistemiology and logical level

  • How our experiences are created and maintained and how we know what we know
  • F1 transforms, First access, F2 transforms, Linguistic representations
  • Ability to recognise the transformations distinctions and how they impact mental processing at different points of representation
  • Abiliy to design interventions and understand the leverage point of that intervention in the epistemiological distinction
  • Logical levels and logical types and how we classify the world, according to John Grinder & Carmen Bostic St. Clair

NLP Fundamentals:

Rapport

  • Build and maintain rapport through explicit mirroring
  • Visual and auditory mirroring
  • Cross over visual and auditory mirroring
  • Micro muscle mirroring for non-verbal influence and deeper level of rapport
  • Alignement, including representational systems manipulation
  • Create empathy with others and with yourself

Calibration

  • Ability to calibrate in each of the sensory input channels: visual, auditory and kinaesthetic
  • Ability to distinguish between conscious and unconscious signals in non-verbal communication
  • Calibrate verbal and non-verbal behaviours, sharpening the senses to detect and respond to unconscious signals from others

Representational systems

  • Ability to detect the preferred representational system by:
  • eye-movements
  • predicates
  • voice quality
  • Ability to rapidly and smoothly adjust your verbal and non-verbal communication currently being used by others
  • Overlapping systems to help others have more choices in how they perceive the world
  • Identification and utilisation of ordered sequences of representational systems
  • Synesthesia pattern
  • Utilising sub-modalities to increase clarity and focus
  • Mapping submodalities for behavioural choice.

Language patterns

  • NLP communication tools to deliver your message, to understand others and be understood.
  • Milton Model patterns distinction
  • Milton Model patterns utilization
  • Presuppositions and their value in directing attention

Minimum metaphor competencies

  • Isomorphic/homomorphic mapping
  • Naturalistic metaphors
  • Metaphors using anchoring to specify to clients’ unconscious mind the elements in the metaphor that correspond to specific elements in the problem or challenge presented
  • Living metaphor

Anchoring

  • The ability to establish and successfully re-activate anchors in each of the three major input channels
  • Use anchoring in change formats
  • Spatial anchoring (Circle of excellence)

The New Code NLP Fundamentals:
The chain of excellence

  • Breathing – Physiology – State – Performance
  • How to use it and when to use it

Multiple perceptual positions

  • The concept of perceptual positions
  • First perceptual position, second perceptual position, third perceptual position
  • Recognising and utilising perception of self, other and observer
  • The importance of clean 3rd position.
  • How to step back and evaluate performance and discover new choices.

The Language patterns

  • Verbal package specifying what you want.
  • Framing
  • The 2 specific questions for nouns (Which / What specifically?) and verbs (How specifically?)
  • Paraphrasing and mis-paraphrasing to clarify map alignement
  • Description, interpretation, evaluation

Intention and consequences model

  • Misalignement
  • Alignement

Involuntary signals to create a partnership with your unconscious

  • n-steps reframe: New Code update of Classic Code 6-step reframe
  • Arbitrary involuntary systems
  • Use of natural involuntary signals
  • The role of the unconscious in learning and change
  • Create a communication channel with your unconscious
  • Calibrating and working with others involuntary unconscious signals
  • Working with “unconscious intention”,through calibrating and working with involuntary unconsious signals
  • Recognise and leverage on SOS (spontaneous occurring system) to create an alliance with your unconscious
  • Create a protection filter with the unconscious
  • Methods for assisting people who are dissociated kineasthetically to develop signals

State choice

  • Deepening of the know-nothing state and its link with high performance
  • State as a vehicle for change
  • Have access to high performance states through New Code NLP format

Trigger points drills

  • Utilisation of trigger points with different choices (e.g. high performance state or clean third)

New code games

  • Alphabet game
  • NASA,
  • Alpha touch game
  • Croydon Ball Game
  • Swiss ball

New Code State “builders”

  • Breath of life
  • Rhythm of life
  • Peripheral vision drills
  • Sanctuary
  • Walk with X and Y
  • Autoapplication of New Code protocols
