Coaching is one of the most dynamic phenomena in the world. Coaching originally came to Europe in the 1980s. At the time, it was an international trend that originated in the United States, and today it has become a global industry that continues to grow.

Coaching individually or in teams for national and/or international companies, individuals or athletes has become a very attractive profession.

Coaching is one of the most beautiful professions in the world and a wonderful adventure that is part of a continuous learning process for both the coach and the coachee. Becoming a professional coach is a project that inspires more and more people, how to avoid the “lone soldier traps” and have every chance of realizing your project?

  • The race to the front in marketing, often misleading and the search for efficiency to fill the training rooms, makes some coaching schools lose sight of ethics, which without any fear compose training courses that have as consequences to mislead the public and to lie to people. The intention of this Zoom, is to give the participants the essential information to be able to choose a training school that will give them the possibility, once certified, to practice the profession of coach and to live from their own work.Alessandro with his 27 years of coaching practice in his Lausanne office will answer the following questions:

Do the coaching courses on the market really give the means to practice this profession without danger for the coachees? How to choose the school that really trains for the future profession? What should I expect from a training school? On what criteria can I select it? How can I test the trainers to make sure I am at the right address? How can I assess whether the course content is relevant? Is the learning model really effective? Does the fact that the school is accredited and belongs to an association of professional coaches guarantee its relevance? Where do the protocols they teach me come from?

What are the most innovative protocols on the market today in coaching and change? Is it important to learn to apply the protocols on clients as well as on ourselves? What should the results of coaching be like? Is NLP just a coaching tool or is it a well-defined, structured, independent and powerful methodology? What is currently the leading methodology for personal change that allows for clearly quantifiable results, both for individuals and for organisations?

Alessandro, will bring you examples based on his personal experience, from the training he had with John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clair and Michael Carroll.

He will tell you about the Academy he founded with Federica De Nardi based on the standards of the International Trainers Academy of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ITANLP) and the minimum skills people need to have as coaches to avoid making disasters.

He will share with you his 27 years of practice in his Lausanne office with the new NLP New Code change format which is a powerful, simple and effective way to help clients create generative change in different contexts of their lives.
