Our Story
The meeting between Federica De Nardi and Alessandro de Vita Zublena is at the origin of the creation of my coaching academy.
Alessandro de Vita Zublena has been a coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for over 27 years. He trained in the NLP New Code with founders John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair. He is the pioneer in Switzerland and practices the New Code of NLP with my coaching partners SA.
Federica De Nardi, a biologist, has long worked in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly with epigenetic drugs. Discovering NLP, she found similarities between the mechanisms that modify gene expression and the processes of change and reprogramming proposed by the New Code of NLP. She was able to observe the results achieved by Alessandro de Vita Zublena in his practice and was trained and certified also by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clair and Michael Carroll, director of the NLP Academy, England.
Their shared passion has given them the impetus to create an academy to broaden the impact of the New Code of NLP, with the certification of the «International Trainers Academy of NLP» (ITCANLP).

The intention of my coaching academy is to offer the widest audience the opportunity to experiment the innovative training models of the New Code of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). We have created a “Campus for Life” where companies, individuals and coaches can integrate tools to transform their way of responding to life’s challenges.
About Us
New Code of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
The New Code is an evolution of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, developed by one of the founders of NLP, John Grinder, in collaboration with Carmen Bostic St. Clair, which greatly enhances its effectiveness.
NLP is a practice for understanding how people organize their thoughts, feelings, language and behavior. It provides them with a methodology that makes it possible to use models of behavior of geniuses or leaders in their field.
Like classic NLP, the New Code works on “patterns”, or patterns of behavior, to modify those that limit us. The main difference is that the New Code of the NLP works much more with the unconscious part of the person, in particular by games (New Code Games), statebuilders, thus bringing to the states of high performance and inducing deep and lasting behavioral changes.
In the New Code of NLP, resource states are created directly through the participation of the person in a fun activity. The game activates neurological circuits that serve as a basis for changes in the context selected by the participants. The very structure of the game has been designed to ensure the presence of certain characteristics of high performance states.

my coaching academy Offers general courses on specific topics, such as burnout prevention, professional communication, coaching, parent-child relationship. The approach focuses on the systematic identification of the needs of each person, who can find the most appropriate models in a pragmatic and stimulating way. The participant can immediately check the effectiveness of these tools by applying them in the situations concerned, with complete autonomy.

Methodology
The training is based on an inductive and non-deductive mode: it aims at integrating the tools so as to apply them spontaneously and naturally at home, without being encumbered by the theory. Participants experience NLP New Code models in stages, during and between classes, before receiving explanations. Groups are limited to a maximum of 10-30 people, to ensure that each participant can find the tools that suit their needs. The various modules last between 4 hours and 10 days.

Federica De Nardi is coach and trainer in the New Code of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, certified by the International Trainers & coaching Academy of NLP (ITCANLP). Biologist specialized in neuroscience, she acquired a solid experience in companies. Convinced of the immense potential of the human brain, she is committed daily to the transmission of her knowledge.

Trainer
Alessandro de Vita Zublena was one of the first teachers certified by the International Trainers & Coaching Academy of NLP (ITCANLP) in New Code of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Coach and psychologist specializing in change management, with his experience with my coaching partners SA, he develops and enthusiastically animates the training modules of the academy.
