As certified New Code NLP Practitioner trough ITCANLP (International Trainers & Coaching Academy of Neuro-Linguistic Programming), participants will strengthen their coaching skills with the New Code, learn systematic self-coaching (self-application) as well as the fundamentals of coaching practice.
They will practice applying the coach’s objective which is to elicit, define, refine, and facilitate the formulation of the client’s objectives and intentions. All of this is contained in a process that includes finding the connections, establishing frameworks and eliciting information, putting action plans in place, committing and persevering.
The participants will learn to protect themselves, to develop a balanced practice of their daily activity, while respecting their Business Plan & Business Model.
All the schemes and systems in the Classic Code or the New Code of NLP are only instructions to help the future coach decide what he or she should focus on as well as to help direct his or her attention. Participants will learn to have a clear representation of the protocols to be implemented in the change work (for example a precise description of the protocol, the consequences of using this protocol and the selection criteria), that is to say that they will be able to identify the conditions or contexts in which the selection and application of the protocol is appropriate.
At the end of this second stage, participants will be able to start their career as independent coaches and move on to the third stage.
The methodology will be assimilated by the participants thanks to the inductive method and constant practice.
Different residential training campuses will allow participants to train in a secure environment, where their capacities will be expanded and their skills enhanced.
Videos and specialized books / articles, either mandatory or recommended, will enrich the knowledge of the participants, who will be asked to discuss them as a group.
Individual and group mentoring, via Zoom, aims to observe participants’ practice in their own field through videos, and provide them with real feedback on what they are doing really well and what they can improve.
