my coaching partners has the honour to be the Swiss satellite of “NLP around the world”, a unique NLP training and coaching programme, directly taught by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll.

 

Michael Carroll will conduct the courses live in Lagos, Portugal, with John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St Clair.

 

In the Swiss satellite*, you will be able to follow the training in real time and practice with the supervision of Alessandro de Vita Zublena and Federica De Nardi, trainers with 20 years of experience, selected by Grinder, Bostic and Carroll.

 

You will learn how to incorporate the original NLP and the NLP “New Code” as your primary coaching and business model, creating a thriving lifestyle for yourself and your clients, while stimulating change, creativity and client choice.

NLP Pract

*The satellite location option is ideal for those who wish to study on-site and receive full certification. (“NLP Practitioner Classic Code” and “New Code NLP Practitioner for Coaching Excellence”). An online option is also available for those who prefer to study at home and thus receive a different certification (“NLP Classic Code Diploma” and “New Code NLP Diploma for Coaching Excellence”)

 

The International NLP Coaching Certification is an additional option for students who wish to be accredited as an “International NLP Coach” through the NLP Academy.

Course description

This course, led by Michael Carroll, offers an in-depth teaching and learning experience of classical NLP, as originally created by John Grinder and Richard Bandler.

 

These first five days will provide you with a solid foundation in NLP, necessary to master the specialised coaching and ‘New Code’ NLP skills you will learn in the second module… and beyond.

 

Everything you learn will be useful in all contexts of your life, going to the heart of NLP which is the study of excellence, offering you a unique opportunity to tackle what has previously held you back and achieve excellence in all areas of your life.

 

Learning Points:

 

  • Acute observation and pattern-finding skills:
    • build visual and auditory awareness to calibrate the subtleties of body language and changes in clients’ tone.
  • Non-verbally influencing by entering another person’s world
  • Leading non-verbally through micro-muscle mirroring
  • Multilevel communication approaches – overlapping language of the visual, auditory and kinaesthetic systems
  • Language remodelling, active listening skills to enable a person to turn a problem into a solution with words and in a natural way
  • Identification and use of language, listening and using the person’s preferred communication channel to create deep connections
  • Perceptual awareness, building rich mental maps to understand motivation and intention in oneself and in others, and to gain objectivity as an observer.
  • Anchoring: the art and skill of capturing and manoeuvring states to eliminate problems and have immediate access to resources.
  • Submodality:
    • the core structure of our inner awareness, how to modify subtleties.

The programme consists of two parts.

«International NLP Coaching Certification» – Part One

The first part is the ‘New Code NLP for Coaching Excellence’ programme, held by John, Carmen and Michael from 12 to 19 May 2024, which leads to certification as a ‘New Code NLP Practitioner for Coaching Excellence‘.

 

NLP ‘New Code’ is the basis of this course and incorporates models that provide rapid and lasting change in clients. NLP ‘New Code’ emerged from NLP in the years following Grinder/Bandler to provide a radical framework for a more efficient form of NLP that utilises high performance states in the change process. NLP ‘New Code’ is in constant development and provides the latest coaching models. In recent years, in the field of NLP, a course that does not include NLP ” New Code ” is not to be considered a course in line with modern NLP. As a coach, it is important to stay up-to-date and state-of-the-art.

 

In the module ” New Code NLP for Coaching Excellence “, you will immerse yourself in some of the most effective change processes for personal evolution.

 

A unique element of the International Coaching Certification is the specialised coaching models that you will learn from John, Carmen and Michael, who have developed these processes through their extensive experience in their coaching practices. The specialised coaching models integrate classical NLP and NLP ‘New Code’ patterns and will give you a structure for coaching your clients unlike any other in the coaching world.

 

The assessment day will take place on 19 May 2024 and participants will participate in a series of practical exercises to demonstrate their ability and competence on what is covered during the course.

 

At the end of the evaluation, the following certificate will be issued:

 

“New Code NLP Practitioner for Coaching Excellence”

 

The NLP ‘New Code’ skills offered in this course can be applied to various professional skills to improve performance. Entrepreneurs, teachers, marketers, health workers and coaches will gain valuable skills from this course, as will anyone whose life activities involve engaging people to achieve higher levels of performance.

  • The NLP change format ” New Code “:
    • the way to set the change format so that state transfer is an automatic process.
  • State Erasers
    • protocols for erasing historical emotional states that bring with them fear, anxiety and stress.
  • State Optimizers:
    • a key element of NLP ‘New Code’ to make high performance natural.
  • Working with the unconscious mind:
    • creating a robust communication system between the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind to make ecological use of previously unavailable resources.
  • Working with extreme undesirable states, which arise so quickly that one loses control or develop gradually that the client is not aware of the negative change until he/she is immersed and stuck in an undesirable state.
  • The three-stage coaching protocol works at the level of defining the problem, enhancing resources and setting up an exciting future.
  • Non-linear coaching:
    • using non-verbal communication, provocation, deflection, task allocation, active metaphors and other specialized communication.

«International NLP Coaching Certification» – Part Two

The second part is an additional option for students who want to be accredited as an International NLP Coach through the NLP Academy and takes place 4-12 weeks after the course.

 

The coach organises a live session with a client at his/her workplace lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour and conducts the coaching session according to the coaching evaluation criteria.

 

The session will be observed by an NLP Academy evaluator.

 

After the session, the coach will receive video feedback on his or her performance and, if the evaluation is successful, will receive certification of « International NLP Coach » by NLP Academy.
