There is a big void in this market which we believe we can cover by a coordinated group of Partner Coaches, highly qualified, talented and experienced, trained according to the same methodology, guided by consistency in application and results, and periodically supported by new tools generated by experience.

Target audience: Certified New Code NLP Practitioners and certified professional coaches

Schedule: from 10am to 6pm

Number of participants: 10 maximum on selection

Duration: 14 days in residential + 1 day of certification

Price: 10’375 CHF*

Prerequisite: have at least 150 hours of coaching practice with clients.

 

* The price includes participation in the course of 9’375 .– CHF and the certification of 1’000 .– CHF. This price is intended for individuals and the training takes place in our premises at Chemin du Muveran 4, 1012 Lausanne.

Who can take this course?

Anyone who has successfully passed the second stage within our Academy, allowing them to become Certified Professional Coach.

We consider that our training center, at our headquarters of my coaching partner SA in Lausanne, by sharing knowledge, skills, methodologies, as well as a common ethics and deontology, brings added value to the Swiss network of experts.

Our certification

Participants who have successfully completed the first and second stages of the program, and who are now a “Certified Professional Coach” with a good command of the New Code of NLP, will have the choice at the end of this 3rd stage, if selected by the faculty, to work at my coaching partners SA as partners or franchisees as “Partner Coach”.

 

This last step will offer participants the possibility of taking as models experienced coaches and experts in NLP and in the New Code of NLP, “in vivo”, with clients. Participants will be able to learn the advanced protocols of New Code of NLP in various fields of application, and engage in atypical coaching (see below) with clients or companies or even with their friends or family.

 

In addition, this step has been designed in such a way that the participant can work and earn money during the training.

 

Certification consists of a practical exam during three coaching sessions, with clients and their comments.

 

This course, unique in Switzerland, is made up of four modules in total, including three two-day modules and one three-day module, as well as 24 hours of individual residential mentoring and 16 hours of modeling. It offers you a certification of “Partner Coach”, signed by Alessandro de Vita Zublena (founder and director of my coaching partners SA) and Federica De Nardi (Senior partner & director of my coaching academy).

Training: 120 hours

Residential: 72 hours

Individual mentoring: 24 hours minimum, renewable at the price of CHF 1,875.–

Residential modeling: 16 hours, renewable minimum at the price of CHF 1’250.–

Set up an atypical coaching session with clients

MODULE 3 – Residential (16 hours):

Coaching with your family and friends

  • How to work with your parents and friends
  • How to set rules
  • What happens when the rules are broken?
  • How to protect yourself and avoid blackmail

 

MODULE 4 – Residential (24 hours):

Advanced level skills of New code of NLP

  • Advanced techniques (protocols) with the unconscious
  • How to identify your client’s unconscious signs when you cannot see them, and he himself cannot identify them
  • How to deal and negotiate with internal dialogue
  • How to transform the NLP Classic Code models into New Code tools
  • How to invite the client’s unconscious into “the dance”
  • Use of “trigger points”
  • How to switch from coaching a professional to coaching children on the same day
  • How to integrate the New Code High Performance Games, “state builders” and working with the client’s subconscious into the coaching session
  • How to create and give yourself choice in daily practice with your future clients
  • If you have a choice, how to appreciate the consequences of the choice you have, and how to select the most ethical one you claim to have?
  • The modeling format of the NLP New Code and its practical application in various contexts
